When will my order ship out? 

If your order was placed before 4:00 PM EST, your order will ship same day and sometimes the next business day. If we encounter a delay your order will be shipped 2 business days after it was placed, that happens very seldom as we guarantee same day shipping on 99% of our orders. 

Please note that an order placed on Friday will ship on Monday as we don’t ship on non-business days. As for holidays, if there is a holiday over a few days for e.g. over a weekend, your order will be shipped before the holiday starts and may even be overnighted, so as not to delay your delivery.

How long does it take for my order to arrive? 

That depends on what method of shipment you chose. On average, Ground Shipping may take from 3 to 5 business days. Most of our orders are shipped from our Brooklyn, New York warehouse, so our local customers won’t have to wait the complete 6 business days. Non-local orders such as to California will probably have to wait 6 business days for the product to arrive. You can always track your package on the carrier’s website we used to ship your order. In the event that we don’t have the item in stock, it will be drop shipped to you through one of our suppliers. If our supplier is located closer to you, chances are that your package will arrive even sooner.

How much is shipping? 

The shipping costs will vary based on the items selected, shipping method and package weight. For your convenience, we have a customized shipping estimator that allows you to get a shipping quote before your order is placed. However certain item will have a fixed price based on a minimum amount ordered and our shipping promotions. 

My tracking number is not working. What should I do?

Sometimes a package gets separated from its order and does not get scanned by the shipper. Either way, give it a day or two to see if all the items on your order arrive. If you have not received your order in the time given or your tracking number doesn’t display any info in after 1 -2 days, please call the carrier (USPS or UPS). If you are unsuccessful we will be very happy to help you.

Why did I receive my order in multiple packages? 

We sometimes separate orders and place them in multiple boxes. We do this to avoid any damage to the items shipped and to ensure the safe delivery of your order.  It is also possible that the shipping carrier has separated a package on to another truck due to space issues. However they will usually arrive at the same time. In case you haven’t received all your packages, give it another day or so.
